Over the next month, the talent that will be gracing our local venues is definitely worth reading about! Here are some you should check out:
Full Spectrum invites: Music from the Mothership
8/3/2025, Cosies
Is there really any better way to spend International Women's Day than with an event named 'Music from the Mothership'? The answer is obvious.
Full Spectrum has spent the last few years taking the Bristol DnB scene by storm, and there's no sign of them stopping. Speaking from first-hand experience, every night of theirs is jam-packed with remarkably unforgiving beats from the best that our city has to offer—and it's a given that this event will be no different.
But that's not all; the Full Spectrum crew is spending International Women's Day alongside The Mothership, a mighty multi-genre collective of DJs whose mission to make the scene a more inclusive space is certainly catching people's attention.
Both of these powerhouses together are sure to create an incredible night, and it is not one to be missed!

Russian Electro Punk
14/3/2025, 395 Bristol
395 is back on top and with a vengeance, hosting some incredible events throughout 2025, and Russian Electro Punk is one to watch out for. If an event has the tags 'hardcore' and 'industrial techno', you know My Favourite Frequencies will be there.
Russian Electro Punk seems relatively fresh on the scene but is already making waves throughout the city. Describing themselves as 'The meanest Techno night in Bristol' and taking inspiration from huge European artists such as Locked Club and Errotica, prepare for a weird and wonderful night of dark, heavy beats. Trust me, Russian Electro Punk is going to be huge!
Ritual Union
29/3/2025, Various Venues
"Ritual Union is quickly becoming a cult fave of Bristol's music scene. Taking place across
three of the city centre’s best venues - SWX, Rough Trade and Strange Brew. All a
stones-throw from each other."
Returning for the fourth year in a row, Ritual Union will be taking over 3 iconic Bristol venues for an entire day of legendary live music. Hosting some unreal talent from the likes of Billy Nomates, CVC, Getdown Services, and a whole lot more that'll make for a spectacular day. Whether you're already a fan of the brilliantly diverse lineup, or interested in finding your new favourite artist, Ritual Union will deliver a multitude of genres to keep you hooked.
SWX, Rough Trade and Strange Brew will all be opening their doors on the 29th of March for this event, promising a variety of bands and artists that you can sway, thrash, and let go to! Having invited some huge names previously, such as Fontaines D.C. and Warmduscher, there's no doubt that this will be an unforgettable day for the local music scene. But be quick! Early birds have already sold out, and with such an unstoppable lineup, the rest are sure to go.
But that's not all! If you are looking for more events On The Radar this month, feel free to check out the calendar page for more must sees.
